At icon-X, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your icon-X account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.
